Virginia Dickenson / Xenon Darrow

Virginia is an educational, training, and technology consultant. She has worked extensively in the corporate arena with major oil and chemical companies for over 20 years as a consultant, and with institutions of higher learning as a consultant and professor for 7 years. She is A.B.D. with a doctorate in Education, with areas of specialization in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Educational Research, and Instructional Systems Design. She is currently completing a Master's in Project Management. In April 2006, Virginia entered the virtual world of Second Life and created the avatar Xenon Darrow. She is now the owner of many sims, which make up the eLumenata continent. Virginia invites her corporate clients to visit her sims to explore the virtual universe, as well as opening up sim spaces for use by colleges, universities, and schools around the globe. Will Jones has been developing e-learning applications since before e-learning was cool! With more than 35 years of major application and software development experience, Will does cutting edge development in the area of e-learning applications and other web applications. Will is currently the Owner / President of HyperWindows, Inc. He was formerly the President and on the Board of Niftie, the Vice President of HelixCentral, Inc., and was the Founder/Owner/President of MultiMate. He is the scripting avatar Exel Desoto in Second Life.

Susan Jones / Journy Dinkin

Will Jones has been developing e-learning applications and I.T.networking since before either of those things was cool! With more than 20 years of major application and software development experience, as well as enterprise networking and database management, Susan does cutting edge development in the area of e-learning applications, other web applications, and database/networking creation and management. Susan is currently a key player with HyperWindows, Inc. She was formerly on the Board of Niftie, was a developer with HelixCentral, Inc., and was an executive of MultiMate. She is the scripting avatar Journy Dinkin in Second Life.
